With over 20 years of production experience, I am a dedicated Video Producer, Camera Operator, and Editor. I graduated in 2003 with a degree in TV & Video Production and began my career as an Assistant Camera Operator and Editor in corporate video production. My journey has taken me through a diverse range of projects, including video productions, live events, and motion graphics, collaborating with esteemed clients such as  Peugeot, American Express, and The Royal College of Surgeons.

Throughout my career, I have honed my skills at various production companies in the West Midlands while also building a robust freelance portfolio. My transition into television included editing for the BBC East Midlands Politics Show, where I further developed my narrative storytelling abilities.

As my career progressed into producing, I had the opportunity to work with organisations such as The University of Warwick, West Midlands Police, and Pavelka Wellbeing. My experience includes producing content on a global scale, effectively managing external suppliers, and overseeing all aspects of production—including scripting, scheduling, and budget management. Additionally, my travels across Europe with work allowed me to capture long-form documentaries and lifestyle content for YouTube, as well as create educational materials for app platforms, promotional videos, live events, and engaging social media campaigns.

With a comprehensive understanding of all facets of TV and video production, I bring a wealth of experience and a passion for storytelling to every project I undertake. 

There is no one-size-fits-all when it comes to video production and I pride myself on spending time establishing relationships with clients, to build a lasting relationship based on trust and expertise. 

Someone once described me as a safe pair of hands for their video production needs, at the time I felt a bit offended but really it was the biggest compliment I'd had.
